• Orders USD 99 and above → Shipping: USD 5

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Cutoff & Processing

• Order cutoff time: 4:00 PM (local time)
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM will enter processing the same business day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
• Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time (USA)

• Estimated transit: 3–6 business days after the order ships.
• Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays.

Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details so you can follow delivery progress.

Carrier Responsibility & Delays

After your package leaves our warehouse, it is in the carrier’s care. While we choose reliable carriers, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen carrier delays.

Please allow up to 15 business days from the shipping date for delivery before the carrier considers a package lost.

Lost or Not-Delivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days from the shipping date, please contact our Customer Service team so we can open a claim with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

Please ensure the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at sales@shopinktoner.com. If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to reroute the package.
