Shipping Policy

At ShopInkToner, our goal is to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and with full transparency. This Shipping Policy applies to customers in the United States and Canada.

1. Shipping Rates (USA & Canada)

  • Orders under USD 99 → Shipping: USD 9

  • Orders USD 99 and above → Shipping: USD 5

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Cutoff & Processing Times

  • Order cutoff: 4:00 PM (local time)

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM begin processing the next business day.

Processing time: Within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Estimated transit: 3–6 business days after shipment

  • Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

Canada

  • Estimated transit: 3–5 business days after shipment

  • Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier conditions or seasonal volume.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier details

  • Link to track your package

5. Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Delays

After your package is handed to the carrier, it is under their responsibility. While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to weather, volume surges, or other unforeseen events.

Please allow up to 15 business days from the shipping date before the carrier considers a package lost.

6. Lost or Not-Delivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment:

Contact us at sales@shopinktoner.com so we can open a carrier claim and assist with a resolution.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Failed deliveries

  • Additional shipping costs

resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address, email us immediately at sales@shopinktoner.com.
Changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

8. Expedited Shipping & Special Requests

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
For bulk orders or special delivery requests, please contact our Customer Service team—we’re happy to help.

9. Products Shipping from Canada

If an item is not available in our U.S. warehouse, it may ship from our Canadian facility.

For U.S. deliveries:

Orders shipped from Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by customs or the carrier. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by ShopInkToner.
