1. Defective Products — 24-Month Return Window

If you receive a defective compatible, remanufactured, or related printing product, you may return it within 24 months of purchase.

What We Provide

  • A prepaid return shipping label for defective products

  • Inspection upon arrival

  • Eligibility for either a replacement or a refund (see Refund Policy)

Please include your order number and a brief description of the defect. Photos or videos help us speed up the process.

2. Unopened Products — 30-Day Return Window

You may return unopened and sealed items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Product must be in resalable condition

  • We will provide a return shipping label

3. Returns Not Covered

This policy does not cover:

  • Items purchased incorrectly by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

If you ordered the wrong item, our Customer Service team can advise on available options.
Return shipping or restocking fees may apply, and we will inform you of any fees before approval.

4. How to Start a Return

Email sales@shopinktoner.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Items you want to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or a video if the item is defective

We will reply with return instructions and a prepaid label if eligible.
