If you receive a defective product (including compatible and re-manufactured ink cartridges, toners, or drum units), you can return it within 24 months of purchase. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and once received, we will:
Ship you a replacement at no extra cost, or
Issue a full refund upon your request.
For unopened products (including compatible and re-manufactured ink cartridges, toners, and drum units), we offer a 30-day refund policy for the full amount. A return label will be provided to send the items back.

Orders under USD 99 → Shipping charge: USD 9
Orders USD 99 and above → Shipping charge: USD 5
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days.

We are not liable for unforeseen delays caused by the carrier.
Please allow up to 15 business days from the shipping date for delivery before the carrier considers a package lost.
