Defective Products

If you receive a defective product (including compatible and re-manufactured ink cartridges, toners, or drum units), you can return it within 24 months of purchase. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and once received, we will:

• Ship you a replacement at no extra cost, or

• Issue a full refund upon your request.

Unopened Products

For unopened products (including compatible and re-manufactured ink cartridges, toners, and drum units), we offer a 30-day refund policy for the full amount. A return label will be provided to send the items back.

⚠️ Please note: This policy does not apply if the wrong item was ordered by the customer.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under USD 99 → Shipping charge: USD 9

• Orders USD 99 and above → Shipping charge: USD 5

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days.

Shipping Notes

• Once your package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

• We are not liable for unforeseen delays caused by the carrier.

• Please allow up to 15 business days from the shipping date for delivery before the carrier considers a package lost.

• If your package has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team to file a claim.
