Return & Refund Policy

At ShopInkToner, we always stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority.

This policy applies to customers in both Canada and the USA.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product (including compatible and re-manufactured ink cartridges, toners, or drum units), you can return it within 24 months of purchase. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and once received, we will:

• Ship you a replacement at no extra cost, or

• Issue a full refund upon your request.

Unopened Products

For unopened products (including compatible and re-manufactured ink cartridges, toners, and drum units), we offer a 30-day refund policy for the full amount. A return label will be provided to send the items back.
